Download Remote Support Client

1. Click the “Download Program” button and then double click the file called “Branded Client Setup.exe”.

2. Once you double click this file, a window will prompt you. Click “Yes” and tell me the 6 digit Client ID.

If you are having trouble finding the downloaded file, it will either appear in the bottom left (if you are using Google Chrome) or in the top right (if you are using Edge). Different web browsers show downloaded files differently.
